How long can I run a session?
Our machines support long continuous sessions. Timers (for example 15 / 30 / 60 minutes) and adjustable flow make it easy to control each treatment.
Do I need to add ice?
Yes. Add ice and water to the reservoir and the pump circulates chilled water through the therapy pad.
Which pad should I choose?
We offer knee, shoulder and universal pads. Pick the pad that matches your treatment area.
Is it quiet enough to sleep with?
Our quiet-design models run at around 15 dB, suitable for nighttime use.
Do you offer OEM / ODM?
Yes. As a factory we support private label, custom colors, packaging and plug types (US / EU / UK / AU).
